Directions: Exit M23 at junction 10 Exit the M23 at J10 (do not take J9 exit to Gatwick). From the roundabout follow the signs to Crawley along the A2011 (Crawley Avenue) until you come to a large roundabout. Drive all the way around to travel back along the same road towards motorway. Continue for approx ½ mile and take slip road on the left to Pond Hill. Turn left at T-junction onto the B2036 and follow the road until you reach Courtlands on your left.
